Purchase a gift card for friends and family! Simply add to your basket and check out online – After checkout you will have the option to either download the gift card or email it directly to the person you are buying it for.

All Gift cards expire in 1 year and cannot be used in exchange for cash. Only exchanges and store credits will be facilitated for returns on item(s) purchased with gift cards. There will be no cash refund. Delivery fees may apply if total exceeds gift card value.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping takes approximately 1-4 days to be delivered after the items are given to the courier. We offer cash on delivery nationwide, even to Tobago!

NB: Rural areas delivery can take a maximum of 3-4 days after order date.

Brief Return Policy Summary:

We do refunds and exchanges three (3) days after purchase. The customer must make contact and arrange to meet during the three day refund and exchange period. Refunds and exchanges are done at Port of Spain City Gates, Grand Bazaar and/or Courts Megastore San Juan Highway to avoid another delivery fee. Delivery fees are non refundable. Please respect and understand this. If the customer requires a refund or exchange at a location other than POS City Gates, a delivery fee will be applied to facilitate this.

All sale/discounted items can only be refunded on the same day of purchase at 3pm at city gates Port of Spain.  A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all sale/discounted items.

    Our free pick up locations are at Port of Spain City Gates - between 8:30am - 10am and 2:40pm - 3:15pm. We also offer free pick up at Grand Bazaar and Courts Mega Store (San Juan) upon request.
