Política de reembolso

We do facilitate returns and refunds as it is required by law to do so, however there are guidelines to protect both the buyer (the customer) and seller (Something Fabulous Clothing).

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a refund.

Delivery fees are non-refundable and are kept by the delivery company's drivers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if any, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, Email or Whatsapp Messenger immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like lingerie (underwear, swimsuits, mesh bottoms), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in contact with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All sale/discounted items can only be refunded on the same day of purchase at 3pm at city gates Port of Spain.  A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all sale/discounted items. We reserve the right to issue a store credit for final sale items. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within the three (3) day period, once the return is accepted, a separate purchase request can be made for the new item.

Exchanges and refunds are done at Port of Spain, City Gates, Grand Bazaar and Courts Mega Store - San Juan (highway). If you wish to have your item refunded or exchanged at a location other than City Gates, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery fee charged by the courier to return to your location.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (for credit payments). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon meet up/delivery. For Tobago returns sent back to us via TTPOST or the courier, once the item is received by us we will issue your refund via Republic Bank or Bank Deposit of your choice, we currently do not have any meet up points in Tobago. For Credit Card, Debit Card and Bank Transfer payments, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
