Shipping policy

We reserve the right to refuse shipping and/or delivery options to any customer that has a history of no - shows or are showing signs of not collecting their order.

Deliveries are conducted by third party delivery companies and at times our personal delivery employees. For deliveries conducted by the courier (areas outside of Port of Spain and environs), we do not have control over their roster. Deliveries will occur in 1-3 business days 

 

Free pickup points

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup at:

• Port of Spain - City Gates - Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 9:30am and 2:40 - 3:30 pm. Saturdays and Sundays - anytime can be requested between 10am - 7pm
• Victoria Avenue (upon request)
• Grand Bazaar (Upon request)
• Courts Megastore San Juan parking lot (upon request between 8am - 6pm daily)

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared on the same or next day and be ready for dispatch to the courier or pick up by customer. Please note after your order has been placed, there's a small window to make any changes.
